  • Customer: refers to the company, organization, or individual who signs up to use the Service to manage relationships with your consumers or service agents.
  • Device: any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to access and use the Services.
  • Service: refers to the service provided by Maxxim Paris as described in the relevant terms and conditions (if available) and on this platform.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At Maxxim Paris, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items.

Please note: Customers are responsible for returning the items as well as any return costs. These costs are not covered by us. Once we have received your return, we aim to process it within 1-3 working days and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Cancellation of order

At Maxxim Paris we understand that plans sometimes change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your custom order has not yet been produced, we may cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been produced or shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return the items for a refund once you receive them (please see our returns policy for more information).


Discount codes on orders

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to already placed orders. This means that a discount code is no longer valid for an order once it has been completed and confirmed. We recommend that customers check and apply their discount codes during the checkout process to ensure they can benefit from the discount.


Product availability and limitations

Due to the popularity and/or limited supplies of some of our products, Maxxim Paris may limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we'll build them as fast as we can. Maxxim Paris reserves the right to change the quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you have placed an order. In addition, it may happen that Maxxim Paris confirms your order, but then learns that the ordered product cannot be delivered. In the event that we are unable to deliver a product you have ordered, Maxxim Paris will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document to accurately reflect our service and policies, those changes will be prominently posted here, unless otherwise required by law.
