As an international jewelry brand, we collaborate with specialized workshops outside the EU. Your order will be shipped directly from one of these workshops. Depending on the regulations in your country, customs may charge import duties or VAT upon delivery. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Although we do our utmost to ensure deliveries are as swift and smooth as possible, it may occasionally happen that an order is delayed or that extra charges (such as customs fees) are imposed by local authorities. Maxxim Paris is not responsible for these costs or any delays in the process.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you are responsible for any import duties or tax charges that may occur upon delivery.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
