Delivery

Ready to ship collectie:
Place your order before 5:00 PM and receive it at home within 2 weeks!

Custom-made collection:
Carefully and lovingly handmade, expected delivery time of approx. 3-4 weeks.

Customers will receive an email with a tracking number once their order has shipped.

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us via the contact form at the bottom of this page. We are ready to help you.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form at the bottom of this page. We will then look for a suitable solution together with you.

Personalized jewelry requires additional time due to the customization involved with these items. The estimated delivery time for this jewelry is approximately 3-4 weeks.

In rare cases, your order may show as 'delivered' before it has been delivered.

This may be because the delivery is preemptively marked as completed. The carrier may also have left your order in a hidden location to prevent theft. Check the hidden places near your front door, ask your housemates or neighbors.

If you still cannot find your order, please contact the carrier and provide your tracking number. Please get in touch via the contact form at the bottom of this page and we will do our best to help you find your missing package.

If your order is still missing after following the steps above, please note that we cannot offer returns or refunds for orders that show as delivered.

Returns

Customers have 30 days after receiving the order to return their jewelry.

If you would like to return your jewelry, please complete the contact form at the bottom of this page and include your order number. We will then provide you with further instructions on how to return your order.

Exchanges and returns are only possible with non-personalized orders. All jewelry with names and/or personally chosen letters are considered personalized items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All returned jewelry must be in the same condition (undamaged) and in the same packaging as when received.

After receiving and checking the returned order, we will refund the amount within 3-5 working days to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Other

We always send an order confirmation immediately by email after every purchase. If you haven't received it, please check your spam or junk mail folder. The email may have ended up there.
