Free shipping on orders over €65. Below €65 we charge only €3.95 shipping costs.

Yes! Understand that you would like to know the status of your order. This is why we always send a tracking number via email after your order has been packed and shipped. You can track your order with this tracking number. Of course you can also send us an email and we will be happy to help you.

Our lovingly handmade jewelry is the perfect gift for that special person in your life... All our jewelry is shipped in a beautiful jewelry bag and without invoice.

We also offer beautiful gift packaging to add an extra touch of glamor to your gift. There's no need to buy packaging elsewhere - simply add it to your shopping cart, then pop the jewelry in and give your perfect gift!

All orders are shipped and offered Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).

In rare cases, your order may show as 'delivered' before it has been delivered.

This may be because the delivery is preemptively marked as completed. The carrier may also have left your order in a hidden location to prevent theft. Check the hidden places near your front door, ask your housemates or neighbors.

If you still cannot find your order, please contact the carrier and provide your tracking number. Please contact us at info@maxximparis.nl and we will do our best to help you find your missing package.

If your order is still missing after following the steps above, please note that we cannot offer refunds for orders that show as delivered. However, we are open to a good consultation to resend the jewelry to you.

Returns

Yes! If you are not completely satisfied, we would like to make it right. You have the option to return or exchange your order within 30 days after receipt.

Please note:Personalized or custom-made jewelry (such as name jewelry or jewelry with personally selected letters) cannot be returned or exchanged as it is made to order.

Please email us within 30 days from the day you receive your package. We will then provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your order. Send us an email and include your order number.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, after receipt of the returned item(s).

For any returns, customers are responsible for returning the items and associated shipping costs.

Cancel

Ready to Ship Collectie:
For our immediately available collection (no personalized items) you can cancel as long as your order has not yet been packed for shipping or is already on its way. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the possibilities.

Personalized jewelry:

Have you ordered a personalized piece of jewelry with a specific name or letter? You can then cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing your order. Sometimes cancellation is not possible earlier, because we immediately start the personalization to deliver your order on time.

Once your cancellation has been processed, we will issue the refund. You can expect the amount to be in your account within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank.

Materials

Yes, you can definitely shower and swim with our jewelry! All our jewelry is water, sweat and heat resistant, so you can wear it without worry while showering, even in salt water. Enjoy your jewelry anytime, without restrictions!

Our jewelry is made from various high-quality materials. We use 316L stainless steel with an 18k gold plated finish for select pieces, while other jewelry is made of copper or 925 sterling silver. For specific information about the materials used for a particular piece of jewelry, we recommend that you look under the "description" tab for each product. This way you know exactly what to expect.

No, our jewelry is designed not to tarnish and will not turn your skin green. We use high-quality materials that resist discoloration and skin irritation, so you can wear what you love with confidence.

Keeping your jewelry shiny is easy! Wash your jewelry with warm soapy water and a soft brush, such as a toothbrush. Pat dry with a soft microfiber cloth and store your jewelry in a safe, dry place when not being worn.

Try to avoid harsh chemicals that can lurk in everyday products like lotion, perfume, and hairspray, as well as household cleaners like bleach. To be on the safe side, we recommend that your jewelry be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off when you get home.

Warranty

At Maxxim Paris, you receive a 12-month warranty on the following:

Color Retention: We guarantee that materials will not discolor under normal use conditions.

Quality Guarantee: We offer protection against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Stone Setting: We ensure that gemstones do not come loose from their settings under normal use.

Clasp Mechanisms: We provide a warranty on the functionality of all clasps and locks.

Damage Due to User Error: Not covered are damages such as bent jewelry or chains that break because they snag.

Wear of Plated Layers: Fading or wear of plated layers due to regular use and exposure is not covered by the warranty.

Dulling of Gemstones: Damage due to exposure to chemicals, such as perfume and hairspray, is excluded from the warranty.
