Yes, absolutely. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

With this tracking number you can follow the status of your shipment at any time. Of course, you can also email us if you need assistance.

Our lovingly handmade jewelry is the perfect gift for that special person in your life... All our jewelry is shipped in a beautiful jewelry bag and without invoice.

We also offer beautiful gift packaging to add an extra touch of glamor to your gift. There's no need to buy packaging elsewhere - simply add it to your shopping cart, then pop the jewelry in and give your perfect gift!

All orders are shipped and offered Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).

In rare cases, your order may show as 'delivered' before it has been delivered.

This may be because the delivery is preemptively marked as completed. The carrier may also have left your order in a hidden location to prevent theft. Check the hidden places near your front door, ask your housemates or neighbors.

If your order is still missing after following the steps above, please note that we cannot offer refunds for orders that show as delivered. However, we are open to a good consultation to resend the jewelry to you.

Ready to Ship Collection:
For items that are available for immediate shipping (non-personalized jewelry), cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been packed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to check the possibilities.

Personalized jewelry:
If you ordered a personalized item with a specific name, letter or birthstone, cancellation is only possible if production has not yet started. In some cases cancellation may no longer be possible because we begin the personalization quickly to ensure timely delivery.

If you have not received it, please first check your spam or junk folder. It is also possible that the email address was entered incorrectly during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Yes. If you are not completely satisfied, we would like to make it right. You may return or exchange your order within 30 days after receiving it.

Please note that personalized or custom-made jewelry (such as name necklaces or jewelry with selected letters) cannot be returned or exchanged, as these pieces are specially made to order.

Please send us an email within 30 days after receiving your package, including your order number.

We will then provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your order.

Customers are responsible for returning the item and covering the associated shipping costs.

We aim to keep our jewelry priced as fairly as possible. By not including return shipping costs in our standard prices, we are able to keep our products affordable for everyone.

Yes, you can. Our jewelry is designed to be water, sweat and heat resistant, allowing you to wear it while showering or swimming.

You can enjoy your jewelry at any moment without having to take it off.

Our jewelry is made from a variety of high-quality materials.

Many pieces are crafted from 316L stainless steel with an 18k gold plating, while others are made from copper or 925 sterling silver.

Our jewelry is designed to resist fading and will not turn your skin green. We use high-quality, hypoallergenic materials that are resistant to discoloration and skin irritation.

Some of our jewelry may contain a very small trace of nickel. However, the amount is so minimal that it is generally not noticeable, even for people with sensitive skin. This allows you to wear your jewelry with confidence and comfort.

Keeping your jewelry shiny is simple.

Clean it with warm soapy water and a soft brush such as a toothbrush. Gently dry it with a microfiber cloth and store your jewelry in a safe, dry place when not being worn.

We also recommend avoiding contact with harsh chemicals such as perfume, lotion, hairspray and cleaning products.

Warranty

At Maxxim Paris, you receive a 12-month warranty on the following:

Color retention: Materials will not discolor under normal use.

Quality guarantee: Protection against defects in materials or craftsmanship.

Stone settings: Ensures stones remain securely set during normal use.

Closures: All clasps and mechanisms remain functional.

The following situations are not covered by our warranty:

Damage caused by misuse: Such as bent jewelry or chains that break after getting caught.

Wear of gold plating: Natural fading from normal use and exposure.

Damage to stones: Caused by exposure to chemicals such as perfume or hairspray.
